Yoga at Aarogya Ddhyana

Yoga at Aarogya Ddhyana is a unique experience. We prescribe and teach different styles of Yogic practices based on the body composition of the individual.

Our Yoga instructors have expertise in various types of techniques such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, BKS Iyengar Yoga, Aerial Yoga as well as Personalized Yoga Therapy.

Class Schedule:

Group classes available on Mon, Wed, and Fri

Morning batches - 6:30 am to 9:00 am

Evening batches - 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Sunday - 6:30 am to 7:30 am

Private or Couple classes available on request.
