Our Story
Ddhyana Home Food was born from our passion to preserve and share authentic family recipes that have been passed down through generations. What started as preparing meals for our Ayurvedic center guests has grown into a beloved community tradition.

Our Food Philosophy
At Ddhyana, we believe that food is one of our most powerful medicines. Our meals are designed according to Ayurvedic principles to create balance in the body and mind. We consider the six tastes (sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent) and the qualities of foods to ensure each meal supports optimal health.

Millet Thalis
Our signature millet thalis feature a variety of ancient grains that are high in nutrients and gentle on digestion. Millets are particularly beneficial for balancing Kapha dosha and supporting those with gluten sensitivities. We rotate our menu based on seasonal availability to ensure maximum freshness and nutritional value.
Jowar Rotis & Traditional Breads
Our hand-rolled jowar (sorghum) rotis are a specialty that many guests come back for. This gluten free bread is made fresh daily and served with ghee.
